Meet Kimberly, Founder of Zenith Soul

I’m Kimberly Vega—an Army veteran, Certified Reiki Master, and founder of Zenith Soul in Dumfries, Virginia.

I created Zenith Soul because I understand how easy it is to care for everyone else while losing touch with yourself. My own experiences with grief, change, and rebuilding led me to explore practices that gave me time to pause, reflect, and reconnect. That personal journey became the foundation of this business.

Today, I offer Reiki, sound healing, and tuning fork sessions in a welcoming setting. My approach centers on compassion, clear communication, and respect for each person’s comfort and beliefs.

What You Can Expect

Whether you’re familiar with these practices or exploring them for the first time, you’re welcome here. Before your session, we’ll discuss what brings you in, explain the experience, and make time for your questions. You can share your preferences, ask for adjustments, or pause at any time.

These sessions offer space for relaxation and personal reflection. They complement, rather than replace, medical or mental health care.

Zenith Soul also brings together expressive apparel, journals, bath teas, and thoughtful gifts—ways to make room for personal expression and everyday self-care.

You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out. My goal is to help you feel informed, comfortable, and respected from your first visit.
