Order Processing & Production Time
Most of our products are custom made-to-order. Please allow at least 6 business days for production before your order ships. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. During high-volume periods, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Time Estimates
Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the item.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered production or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

Contact your local post office or carrier directly.

Check with neighbors or your building management.

File a claim with the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for stolen packages.
International Shipping (If Applicable)
International customers are responsible for:

These fees are not included in your purchase price and are determined by your local customs authority.

Multiple Shipments
Some orders may ship separately depending on product availability or fulfillment location. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable:
