Order Processing & Production Time
Most of our items are custom made-to-order. Please allow at least 6 business days for production before your order ships. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Because each item is created specifically for you, once an order is placed, it immediately enters processing.
No Cancellations
All sales are final.
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not allow cancellations, modifications, or changes once an order has been placed.
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase, including product selection, sizing, color choice, and shipping address. We are not responsible for errors entered at checkout.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or refusal, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.

By completing your purchase, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in order restrictions and further action.
